PRIVACY NOTICE
Scope of the General notice
Supply Chain Wizard is made up of different legal entities. This General notice is issued on behalf of the SCW so when we mention “SCW”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this notice, we are referring to the relevant company in the SCW responsible for processing your data.
This SCW General notice aims to give you information on how SCW collects and processes your personal data and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. You must read this General notice together with any other privacy notices we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This General notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.
Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. This notice does not form any part of the contract to provide services.
I. Data Controller’s Identity
The “data controller” means the entity that will make the decisions about how your data is used and that is responsible for deciding how it holds personal information about you.
Since Supply Chain Wizard is made up of different legal entities, the entity that will be the controller for your data is dependent on the situation where your personal data is collected. The following entities will be Data Controllers to you: Supply Chain Wizard LLC, Supply Chain Wizard Tek. Ltd. Şti. and other SCW affiliates that you are interacting with within the specific situation.
II. Processed Data Categories and Instance Data Types
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through direct interactions, automated technologies, or publicly available sources.
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

III. Do we transfer your personal information?
Your personal data collected can be transferred, as permitted by the applicable laws on data protection, to our affiliate companies, to our business partners from whom we purchase services, to authorized public institutions and organizations upon request to fulfill our legal obligations, to companies operating as intermediaries/agency, to third parties from which we receive services to carry out our activities of information systems and software, which are our main line of business, institutions, independent audit companies, and private institutions by the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes and limited to the fulfillment of those purposes.

SCW companies are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, by the applicable privacy legislation.
This says that the personal information we hold about you must be:

- Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
- Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.

V. What choices do I have?

In addition, subject to applicable law, you have the right to request; to learn whether your personal data are processed or not, to demand information as to if your personal data have been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred within your country of residence or abroad, to request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data, to request reporting of the operations carried out under sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against the person yourself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems, to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may also object to our processing of your personal data or ask that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain instances. If you wish to do any of these things, please contact info@supplychainwizard.com to submit a data access request.
VI. Right to withdraw consent
In limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact us at info@supplychainwizard.com. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.
