As Vice President of Customer Success at SCW.AI, Javier Estrella leads all post-sales efforts to ensure customers not only succeed but thrive with our solutions. From onboarding and training to support, renewals, and strategic account management, Javier and his team of Customer Success professionals are passionate about delivering excellence and value at every stage of the customer journey.
Javier brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-impact teams that blend operational rigor with a customer-first mindset. Prior to SCW.AI, he served as Manager of the McKinsey Capability Center, where he developed deep expertise as a facilitator and lean practitioner—while also building a high-performing team rooted in the principles of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Known for his integrity, empathy, and pursuit of excellence, Javier believes in building relationships founded on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Under his leadership, SCW.AI has deepened its understanding of customer needs, strengthened key client partnerships, and successfully onboarded some of the company’s largest accounts.
Personally, Javier finds his greatest joy in being a father to two amazing daughters. He also enjoys playing the guitar and reading science fiction in his free time.
